provokes a circle of discord. If you cannot contribute to make a positive difference in the matter,
better to use your knees in prayer rather than attacking with a sharp tongue.”
“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths but only what is
helpful for building others up … get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger … be kind and
  compassionate to one another, forgiving, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
